As a Barna Group study showed, 75% of adults struggle with meaning. What would life be like if that 75% realized their callings? If that same group functioned with direction, passion, confidence, and commitment, it would revolutionize the world for common good and for kingdom purposes. At C4G, we currently offer two transformative conferences and courses that are designed either for seminar settings or as college/seminary one-credit hour classes.
Courses and Conferences
Our C4G teaching currently includes two classes, Created2Follow and Created2Lead, which are firmly-rooted in biblical principles and are recommended to be taken sequentially. As college and graduate courses, they both include nine lectures, required reading, response papers, and out-of-classroom assignments.
Conferences cover the same material with less emphasis on original language, outside reading, etc. These programs include well-researched talks, participant guides with outlines, and reflective exercises for attendees to complete which are designed to help you process the content at a deep and personal level.
Created2Follow is designed for discerning God’s call in our lives. Whether at a retreat in the mountains or in a seminary classroom, we explore the following: a biblical understanding of calling, the areas of life affected by calling, both God’s responsibility and your responsibility in your calling, the biblical view of success, ways that the enemy attempts to derail your calling, and more.
Created2Lead picks up where Created2Follow leaves off. It meets us at the point of embracing and pursuing our callings. In settings like its predecessor, we address the following: three keys to a healthy endeavor, crafting both a biblical vision and mission statement, essential elements of strategic planning, dealing with conflict, building a team, and more.
Single Talks or Day-Long Getaways
In addition to the above courses, C4G offers talks that may be used either individually or as a group. Whether you need an after-dinner talk, a single seminar, a sermon, a chapel service, or a one-day retreat, we can work with you to design solutions for your needs. We explore topics like the three ingredients in a healthy ministry, how to move forward in the face of uncertainty, responding to powerful temptations, and the difference between cultural and biblical models of success.
